Yes, the venue has full disabled facilities. The entire Royal Festival Hall has level access to most areas and is fully accessible via lifts and ramps. There are a number of wheelchairs for visitors to use - please advise the Help Line if you would like us to arrange to have one available for you on your arrival.
Guide and companion dogs may be taken anywhere on site.

How do I travel to the conference?

There are two sets of four parallel sessions. The first four run from 2.30pm to 3.45pm. The second set of four parallel sessions run from 4pm to 5.15pm, followed by Drinks and Networking until 6.00pm.

Can I select which Expert Seminars I wish to attend?

Yes, if you go to the
Expert Seminars booking page on the website, there is the option to select two sessions, one from 2.30pm to 3.45pm and a second from 4pm to 5.15pm.

Do the parallel Expert Seminars repeat, so I can catch a different session in the second set I missed from the first set?

No, there are four different Expert Seminars from 2.30pm to 3.45pm, followed by four completely different sessions from 4pm to 5.15pm. If you go to the Expert Seminars booking page on the website, all the options for the two sessions are listed.

Is there a limit to the number of people who can attend each session?

The session places are booked on a first come, first served basis. If you are advised that a session is full, we will hold your details on a wait list. Once we are able to judge the demand for an individual session, we will be able to review where each session will be held. We will then contact you and advise whether we have been able to accommodate your request.
