Q.
What time do I have to arrive at the venue?
A.
Registration opens from 8.30am. Please allow yourself time to look at the various exhibits and to network with other delegates before the conference starts.
Q.
What time does the conference start?
A.
The conference starts at 10.00am prompt.

What time does the conference finish?
A.
The conference is scheduled to close at 5.15pm, followed by drinks and networking until 6.00pm.
Q.
Can I attend for only the morning or the afternoon?
A.
Ideally, we would like you to attend the Keynote sessions in the morning, followed by the Expert Seminars in the afternoon.
Q.
Is lunch provided?
A.
Yes, lunch is provided.
Q.
Is there an exhibition this year?
A.
Yes, there will be exhibitions this year.
Q.
Is there disabled access at the venue?
A.
Yes, the venue has full disabled facilities.  The entire Royal Festival Hall has level access to most areas and is fully accessible via lifts and ramps.  There are a number of wheelchairs for visitors to use - please advise the Help Line if you would like us to arrange to have one available for you on your arrival.

Guide and companion dogs may be taken anywhere on site.

Sennheiser infra-red hearing systems are available in all auditoria, and portable induction loops are available at information points.  Please advise the Help Line if you would like us to arrange to have one available for you on your arrival.

How do I travel to the conference?

The Royal Festival Hall is located on the Thames riverside south between the Golden Jubilee Bridge and Waterloo Bridge.  Please refer to the Venue page of this website for full travel directions to the Royal Festival Hall.

I am having problems registering. What do I do?
A.
Please refer to the Help Line section of this website where you can submit an email enquiry or request a call back from one of our dedicated delegation managers.  You can call the helpline on 0161 495 4305.

Do I need to register in advance or can I register on the day?
A.
You should register in advance.
Q.
I have not received my entry pass.  When will it be sent to me?
A.
Your welcome letter and entry pass will be dispatched from the week commencing 21 April 2008.  You can check when your letter was dispatched by going to the Registration Progress section of this website and entering your registration number.  If you have not received your letter within seven days of the date indicated, please contact us using the Help Line section of the site or call the Help Line on 0161 495 4305.
Q.
I did not get a registration number when I registered. How do I check that my registration was successful?
A.
If there was a slight interruption in your internet connection during the registration process there may be a possibility that your registration was not completed.  Please contact the Help Line, where your registration details can be checked and authenticated.

Network

Q.
Will my email address be made public if I subscribe to the Network site?
A.
Your email address will never be made public or passed on to any delegate who wishes to contact you.  The Network site works as an intermediary and will pass on details of delegates wishing to make contact.  After the initial contact, it is up to the individual delegates to liaise directly.
Q.
How do I find out more information about the Network system?
A.
Please contact a member of our delegate management team through the Help Line section of this site; they will be able to explain in detail how the Network system operates.
Q.
Can I remove my details from the Network system?
A.
Yes there is a 'hide details' option which you can select when you log on to the system and edit your profile.  You can return at a later date to reactive your entry.

Expert Seminars Bookings

Q.
How many sessions are there?
A.
There are two sets of four parallel sessions.  The first four run from 2.30pm to 3.45pm.  The second set of four parallel sessions run from 4pm to 5.15pm, followed by Drinks and Networking until 6.00pm.

Can I select which Expert Seminars I wish to attend?
A.
Yes, if you go to the Expert Seminars booking page on the website, there is the option to select two sessions, one from 2.30pm to 3.45pm and a second from 4pm to 5.15pm.
Q.
Do the parallel Expert Seminars repeat, so I can catch a different session in the second set I missed from the first set?
A.
No, there are four different Expert Seminars from 2.30pm to 3.45pm, followed by four completely different sessions from 4pm to 5.15pm.  If you go to the Expert Seminars booking page on the website, all the options for the two sessions are listed.
Q.
Is there a limit to the number of people who can attend each session?
A.
The session places are booked on a first come, first served basis.  If you are advised that a session is full, we will hold your details on a wait list.  Once we are able to judge the demand for an individual session, we will be able to review where each session will be held.  We will then contact you and advise whether we have been able to accommodate your request.
